摘要
党的十六届三中全会提出了"以人为本"的科学发展观。发展观问题的提出首先内含着用什么样的价值观来对待发展的问题,即关键解决发展的目的问题。"以人为本"的实质是以人为目的,即以人的全面发展为价值目标,而马克思主义价值观的主旨,是以追求人的全面而自由发展为崇高社会理想的价值观,所以,"以人为本"与马克思有关人本思想是一致的。"以人为本"是科学发展观的本质要求,也是构建社会主义和谐社会的本质要求,是马克思主义价值观的核心。
The view of development firstly contain using what kind of value to treat development,namely resolving the purpose of development.The substance of＂humanism＂is what all purpose is for person,namely take the person＇s overall development as worth target.The subject of Marxist value is pursuing the overall and freedom development of the person.＂humanism＂is the essence of the scitific development view,is also the essence request which sets up the harmony of socialism society,is the core of Marxist value.
