摘要
总结了各型号渔船改装的规律和特点,采用参数化设计理念,开发了专用结构分析系统,利用Delphi对ANSYS进行了封装,用户只需输入简单的船体结构参数和军用荷载,系统即可自动实现对改装渔船结构的整体有限元分析,极大地降低了结构分析的难度,提高效率、降低成本。计算结果显示,系统采用的整体结构分析方法与传统的针对构件的局部强度分析方法相比,能更科学地反映结构承载情况,结构加强部分截面明显减小,有效减少了附加重量,节约了改装费用。
Upon the basis of summing up the laws and the characteristics of refitting different types of ocean trawlers,a special structural analysis system is developed in the light of the parametric design concept,in which the ANSYS is encapsulated with Delphi.With this system,the user needs to do nothing but to input some simple trawler structural parameters and the military load values into it,and then the finite element analysis of the whole trawler structure could be performed automatically,which helps greatly reduce the difficulty in the structural analysis of trawlers to be refitted,improve the efficiency and lower the costs.As shown by the calculation result,the whole structural analysis method used by this system could reflect the load-bearing situation of the structure more scientifically as compared with traditional analysis methods which aimed at analyzing the local strength of components.With this system adopted,the cross-section of the strengthened part is obviously reduced,as a result of which the additive weight is lessened effectively,and the refitting charge is much saved.
