摘要
目的探讨浅表性膀胱肿瘤患者电切术后辅助膀胱灌注依从性的影响因素及对策。方法对2007年浅表性膀胱肿瘤电切术后行辅助膀胱灌注的138例患者进行术后随访,随访时间2年,分析患者膀胱灌注依从性的影响因素。结果 138例患者中失访26例;112例成功随访患者中依从43例(38.4%)、部分依从40例(35.7%)、不依从29例(25.9%)。不同年龄、性别、文化程度、付费方式、疾病知情程度、灌注方案的浅表性膀胱肿瘤患者术后辅助膀胱灌注依从性的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个性化的健康宣教、采用多渠道方式缓解患者的经费困难、进行合理的资金分配、重视患者的知情权、减轻不良反应等是提高浅表性膀胱肿瘤电切术后辅助膀胱灌注依从性的有效措施。
Objective To investigate the influencing factors of the adjuvant irrigation compliance in patients with superficial bladder cancer and to propose the corresponding strategies.Methods A total of 138 patients with superficial bladder cancer,who received radical correction and adjuvant irrigation in surgery from January 2005 to January 2007,were followed up for 2 years.The influencing factors of irrigation compliance in the patients were analyzed.Results Among the 138 patients,26 were lost.Among the remaining 112 patients,43（38.4%） complied,40（35.7%） partly complied,and 29（25.9%） did not comply.Patients＇ compliance varied significantly with their age,sex,education background,payment modes,occupation,degree of being informed and irrigation schedule（P0.05）.Conclusion To improve the adjuvant irrigation compliance,a series of effective countermeasures are suggested concerning individualized health education,multi-channel remission for patients＇ financial difficulties,reasonable allocation of funds,emphasis on patients＇ right to obtain information and full disclosure of the disease and treatment.
