摘要
剖检５例来自内蒙古阿拉善右旗的成年双峰驼，从其中２例发现肺的多发性纤维瘤。这种瘤分布于肺的表面及深部，大小不一，数量不等，圆形，灰白色，呈硬结节状。组织学观察，瘤实质由大量排列散乱的胶原纤维和成纤维细胞构成，瘤体中央部细胞较少，边缘部则较多；在瘤体边缘部可见大量由年轻瘤细胞围绕毛细血管构成的生长中心灶。
Multiple fibroma in lungs of 2 of the dessected 5 Bactrian camels from Alashanyouqi,
lnner Mongolia, were found, which occured in both the surface and interior of the lungs showing
hard nodules varying in size and number with the round appearance showing greywhite colour. By
the histological observation, the tumour tissues were composed of a number of collagenous and
fibroblasts. There were less cells at the centre of the tumours than these at the edge of the
tumours. It was seen that the young cells of the tumours surrounded the capillaries and formed
many new growing central focus.
