摘要
本文利用PCR—RFLP法,测定了18例胃癌和18例癌旁组织的癌基因cHa-ras第12位密码子点突变。结果表明,胃癌点突变率为39%,癌旁组织点突变率为11%,其中癌旁组织所能测出的点突变在同一标本来源的胃癌组织中也可测出。因此,对于癌瘤的诊断,我们应尽早地创立一种更灵敏、更准确的能检测出癌早期细胞中基因改变的分子生物学的诊断方法。
Using PCR-RFLP method, we detected point mutation at the 12th codon of oncogene c-Ha-ras from eighteen solid tomurs of the stomach and eighteen mucous coats nearby the solid tumors. The result shows the rate of point mutations of the solid tumors is 39% and the rate of point mutation of the mucous coats is 11%. In the specimens of mucous coats.the phenosmenon of the point mutation can also be found in the solid tumor of relevance, the mucous coat and the solid tumor were taken from the same stomach specimen.Therefore, as for the diagnosis of cancer, we should create a kind of more sensitive and accurate diagnostic method of molecular biology as soon as possible which can find out the change of gene in the inifiative period of the cancer cells.
