摘要
文章首先总结了因企业裁员而出现的常见问题,认为主要是由于裁员中的沟通障碍所致,进而从组织层面和个人层面分析了沟通障碍的影响因素,重点探讨了企业裁员的沟通策略,并在裁员沟通策略的基础上构建了企业裁员的沟通模型,最后提出了沟通在裁员过程中的具体实施建议。
This paper summarizes the problems because of corporate downsizing first,thinks that the main reason is the poor communication due to communication barriers.Based on the study of the factors brings about communication barriers in the corporate downsizing from the organizational level and individual level,the paper discusses the communication strategy of downsizing mainly,builds the communication model,and makes the implementation suggestions of communicating in the process of corporate downsizing.
