摘要
"资本雇佣劳动"说是当前学术界占主流的观点,但显然,这种观点是经验主义和教条主义的产物,没有用前瞻和历史的眼光来分析问题。实际上,雇佣关系直接地反映了资本和劳动的供求状况,如果供求发生变化,那么雇佣关系也将随之改变;而供求状况的改变则主要取决于资本和劳动的特性。随着劳动异质性的增强,劳动的优势越来越明显,那么也必然预示着劳动雇佣资本的来临。
The doctrine of "capital employing labor" takes the ascendancy in academia.However,this view is empirical and dogmatic,and does not observe question with the eye of history and futurism.In fact,the relation of employing reflects the status of supply and demand of capital and labor.If the status of supply and demand shifts,the relation of employing will change accordingly.Further,the trend of the shift of status lies on the characteristic of capital and labor.With the buildup of heterogeneous nature of labor,it foreshows the coming of society where the phenomenon of labor employing capital is ubiquitous.
