摘要
目前国内外对人力资本的研究大多以人力资本存量为基础,着重探讨了人力资本与经济增长、外部性及就业等方面的相关效应,而对城市化与人力资本关系的研究鲜有涉及。由此,文章以经济发展为中间变量,建立了人力资本与城市化的经验模型,并以江西省为例进行了实证检验,研究表明人力资本促进了江西省城市化进程。
Taking an overview of domestic and foreign research and analysis,currently,a lot of studies on human capital research related effects of total amount of human capital,which is based on the stock of human capital.It is very common to explore relevant effects of economic growth,externalities and employment while is still rare to study on relationship between urbanization and human capital.This paper uses economic development as the intermediate variable to establish a model of human capital and urbanization and takes Jiangxi as a case to study.It is concerned that human capital promotes the process of urbanization in Jiangxi.
