摘要
对近10年世界生物脱氮技术的研究状况进行了详细的综述,着重阐述了生物脱氮的微生物种群、脱氮微生物种群分布、脱氮微生物的生理生化特性,脱氮微生物细胞内所含的硝酸盐还原酶、亚硝酸还原酶、一氧化二氮还原酶的细胞内定位,影响脱氮酶活性的因素,脱氮微生物调控硝酸盐呼吸的基因位点、微生物脱氮基因的表达等发展现状,同时还叙述了现代生物技术在地下水氮素污染的生物恢复和工业废水处理等应用的进展情况,为进一步探索新的生物脱氮技术的奠定了一定基础。
The research status of bio-denitrification technology recent decade in the world is detailedly summarized. It expatiate on the stirps, distribution of denitrifiers, the physiological and biochemical characteristics of denitrifiers and the enzymes involved in denitrification and its gene in-situ and development of its gene molecular biology. It recounted the application of modern bio-denitrification technology in nitrogenous pollution of water under ground and wastewater of industry , it will establish foundation for exploitation of new bio-denitrification technology.
