摘要
介绍一种基于USB HID的流水线自动监测仪,重点介绍其数据通信接口部分的软硬件设计。使用该仪器可使得流水线上生产管理人员能实时、方便地了解到相关的生产线运行信息,为生产过程的规划、调度、监控、管理提供了强有力的工具。
In this paper,a new kind of instrument based on the USB HID technology is mainly introduced,which can monitor the assembly line automatically.The design of the hardware and software of the data communication interface is described.Through using this instrument,the assembly line can be monitored more efficiently and conveniently.It provides a powerful method to plan,manage and monitor the whole manufacture process.
