摘要
根据供应链风险具有不确定性的特点,对供应链中存在的各种风险进行了综合分类;构建了供应链风险的多因素评价指标体系.运用多级模糊综合评判的方法来评估供应链风险,并结合实例对其进行了定量分析.最后,对供应链风险的防范提出了几点对策和建议.
According to the characteristics of uncertainty in supply chain risks（SCR）,a comprehensive classification of various risks existing in the supply chain was made and an evaluation index system of multi-factors of supply chain risks was built.Meanwhile,a multi-levels fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was introduced to assess supply chain risks＇s,and a quantitative study was carried out with specific examples.Several measures and suggestions were put forward to prevent the supply chain risks.
