长江中下游区域花生生产与品质特征的研究 被引量:7

Study on Characteristics of Production and Quality of Peanut in Middle and Lower Reaches of Yangtze River

摘要 为了引导和深化长江中下游区域花生生产的区域分工、高效合理利用农业资源,为提升花生产品质量提供理论依据,本研究基于GIS技术和数理统计方法,对长江中下游区域花生生产与品质特征进行了研究。结果表明:该区花生种植规模与产量在全国占有重要地位,生产水平区域差异明显,单产水平较低,增产潜力较大,优越的气候条件有利于确保花生收晒质量;受生态条件所致,生产上应用的品种主要是珍珠豆型花生,花生品质属食用高蛋白、油用中脂肪花生区,且O/L比值普遍偏高,有利于增强花生制品的稳定性;在空间分布上,花生蛋白质含量由西北向东南、由东北向西南逐渐增高,脂肪含量由北向南、由西向东逐渐降低,沿江高砂土区和江南丘陵区花生O/L比值明显高于长江以北地区。气候与土壤肥力条件是影响花生蛋白质、脂肪含量及O/L比值高低和空间分布的主导因子。 In order to guide and deepen the regional division of peanut production in the middle and lower reaches of Yangtze River, use of agricultural resources reasonably and efficiently and provide the theoretical basis forimproving the quality of peanut products, the characteristics of production and quality of peanut in the middle and lower reaches of Yangtze Riverwere studied based on GIS technology and the methods of mathematical statistics.The result showed that the planting scale and yield of the peanut in the region plays an important role in the country, and in this region the difference of production levels was significant, the unit yield was lower, yield potential was higher and the favorable weather conditions were conducive to ensuring the quality of peanut in harvesting and drying; Influenced by ecological conditions, the Spanish type peanut was mainly planted in the region, its qualities were high protein content in consumption and medium fat content in oil, furthermore the O/L of it was relatively high which makes forincreasing the stability of peanut products; In the spatial distribution, the protein content of the peanut was higher from northwest to southeast and it's the same from the northeast to southwest and the fat content of the peanut was lower from the north to south and it's the same from the west to east, the O/L of the peanut in the high sand areas along the river and south hilly areas of the Yangtze was significantly higher than it in the south areas of the Yangtze.The climate and soil fertility conditions of the region were the domination factors which affected the fat content, protein content, the O/L value and the spatial distribution of the peanut.
