摘要
本文概述了对口支援三峡库区在公共基础设施建设、名优企业和名牌产品的进入、库区优势产业与特色产业的形成及新机制的建立等方面取得的巨大成就;并从中央的重视与积极调控、援助单位的大局意识、援建项目的双赢与多赢、对口支援拉动三峡库区的经济发展等方面进行了理论总结。提出要进一步推进和优化对口支援三峡库区工作,重新明确库区工作的重心,增强机遇意识与服务意识,以市场和发展重心为引导,强化结构优化,打造核心竞争力。
This paper summarized multispectral achievements in counterpart supporting of public infrastructure construction and enterof famous products of dominant industry, as well as the formation of characteristic industry and mechanism.In addition,the paper summarized the relevant theory of economic development from different angles, such as the attention and active regulation of the central government, the general situation consciousness of support units, the mutual benefits andmulti-winof supportprograms, the promotionof economic developmentandso on.Then, the paper put forward further countermeasures, that is, to further promote and optimize the working of counterpart supporting, to make clear and definite understanding of key working of Three Gorges reservoir area, to strengthen service consciousness and opportunity awareness, to strengthen structure and to build core competitiveness in the core of marketing and developing.
