摘要
利用近红外技术研究并建立芍药苷的含量检测模型,实现产业化规模白芍醇提过程的在线质量监控。在线采集近红外光谱,采用HPLC法检测芍药苷,应用偏最小二乘法建立提取过程中的芍药苷含量检测模型。提取模型的最佳建模波段为6036~7073cm-1,模型相关系数R=0.9734,校正均方差RMSEC=0.320。预测值与测定值的平均相对误差为4.2%。
The model of paeoniflorin content determination was established with the help of NIR spectroscopy and the on-line quality control of extraction process of herbal medicine system in industrial scale was realized. The NIR spectrum were obtained by on-line NIR detection of extraction process,and HPLC detection was carried out for the determination of paeoniflorin at the same time. Partial least square method was used to establish the relationship between the information of NIRS and HPLC about paeoniflorin content. The optimum NIR wavelength range was 6 036-7 073 cm-1,with related coeff icient of 0.973 4 and root mean square error of calibration (RMSEC) of 0.320. The average relative error between predicted and measured values was 4.2%.
