摘要
针对电流断续模式(DCM)下Boost功率因数校正电路存在输入电流纹波大,导致前级EMI滤波器的设计尺寸增大,PFC电路效率低等问题,提出了一种新型的零纹波Boost功率因数校正电路,能抑制电流纹波对电源或负载产生的电磁干扰,省去EMI滤波器并获得单位功率因数。对零纹波Boost变换器的主电路结构、工作模式及工作波形进行了理论分析。仿真和试验结果证明了理论分析的正确性。
Under the current discontinuous mode (DCM) , Boost power factor correction circuit existed large input current ripple, so the size of pre-grade EMI filter was increased, and efficiency was low. A new zero-tipple Boost power factor correction circuit was proposed. The electromagnetic interference generated by current ripple to power supply or load was suppressed, EMI filter was saved, and unity power factor was obtained. The zero-ripple Boost converter' s main circuit strneture, working patterns and working waveform were analyzed. The simulation and experimental results proved the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
