摘要
在信息完整的情况下,减少空间数据的数据量对数据加工处理、管理及传输具有重要意义。而在基础地理信息系统中,普遍的做法是用折线来表达曲线,这就造成了数据量庞大。针对这一问题,本文在研究用三次Bezier曲线来拟合地理曲线的基础上,分析了三次Bezier曲线的图形操作特征,提出了用三次Bezier曲线样条计算公式进行数据压缩的方法。通过抽取实际地理曲线进行实验,证明该方法可以改善曲线形态,有效压缩数据量。
Under the condition of complete information, reducing the volume of spatial data for data processing, management and transmission has great significance. But in the fundamental geographic information system, curve is commonly expressed with line segments, which causes a huge amount of data. In order to solve this problem, this paper studies using three-orders Bezier to fit geographical curves, analyzes the operating characteristics of three-orders Bezier, gives the calculation formula of three-orders Bezier and a corresponding data compression method. Through experiments with actual geographical curves, it is proved that this method is effective on the curve expression and data compression.
