摘要
文章以杂交油菜及其亲本为材料,通过检测其在低温胁迫影响下的各种生理生化指标,包括电导率、可溶性糖以及脯氨酸相对增量,揭示低温对杂交油菜的影响;通过检测重金属(Cd、Pb)胁迫和氧化(H2O2)胁迫下幼苗根长和鲜重的变化,揭示重金属胁迫和氧化胁迫对杂交油菜的影响。结果表明,123型杂交油菜表现出对低温胁迫、重金属胁迫和氧化胁迫的抗性,显示杂种优势,而719型杂交油菜基本上不具有杂交优势。
In this paper,the responses of hybrid rapes and their parents to low temperature were revealed by analyzing its varieties of physiological and biochemical indexes,including electrical conductivity,soluble sugar and proline content in plant body.And the responses of hybrid rapes and their parents to heavy mental(Cd and Pb) and oxidative(H2O2) stresses were revealed by analyzing varieties of root lengths and fresh weights.The results show that the 123-type hybrid rape has hybrid vigor in the conditions of low temperature stress,heavy mental stresses and oxidative stress,while the 719-type one has not hybrid vigor in these conditions.
