摘要
规范现代社会生活的伦理标准应当是正义原则,而非美德。这是因为:第一,正义原则作为社会生活的伦理标准是社会历史发展的内在要求;第二,从现代社会生活的需要层次上看,正义原则优先于美德;第三,在现代社会背景下,美德对社会生活的规范功能出现了障碍。
The ethical criterion of modern social life should be justice,but not virtue.This is because,first,as the ethical criterion of modern social life,the principle of justice is required intrinsicaly by the development of social history.Second,the priciple of justice is prior to virtue in the layers of need of social life.Thirdly,in modern social background,virtue malfunctions in regulating social life.
