Fenton法预处理糠醛废水的研究

摘要 [目的]探讨采用Fenton试剂氧化预处理糠醛废水的效果。[方法]采用正交试验对糠醛修废水进行Fenton试剂氧化预处理,初步确定了反应的最佳条件,并在最佳条件下研究了Fe2+浓度、pH、H2O2浓度、反应时间以及反应温度对COD去除率的影响。[结果]最佳反应条件为:初始pH值为3,H2O2投加量为2.5ml,Fe2+投加量为0.28g,反应时间为60min,反应温度60℃。在该条件下,COD去除率可达85%以上。pH值和H2O2随量值的增加COD去除率先升高后减低,Fe2+、反应时间和反应温度随量值的增加达到一定程度后趋于稳定。[结论]该研究为糠醛废水的预处理提供了参考,同时为后续采用生化处理开辟了一条新的途径。 [Objective]The study was to discuss the pretreatment effect of furfural wastewater by Fenton reagent.[Method]The furfural wastewater was made for the Fenton oxidation pretreatment by domestic sewage,the optimum reaction condition was confirmed and the effects of pH,H2O2,Fe2+,reaction temperature and time on COD removal rate were researched.[Result]The reaction conditions for Fenton oxidation were as follows :the initial pH value was 3,the adding dosage of H2O2 was 2.5 ml and Fe2+ was 0.28 g,the reaction time was 60 min the reaction temperature was 40 ℃,COD removal rate reached abore 85%.With the increasing of pH and H2O2,COD removal rate firstly increased then decreased,with the increasing of reaction time and temperature removal rate fistly increased then stable.[Conclusion]The research provided the basis for pretreatment of furfural wastewater and opened up a new way for follow-up biochemical treatment of furfural wastewater.
