摘要
回顾了近年来国内有关生态公益林补偿的研究,概括了森林生态效益补偿的内涵和生态公益林补偿政策建立的必要性及理论依据,阐述了生态公益林补偿机制的相关问题,包括补偿主体、补偿对象、补偿标准、补偿范围和补偿方式等,并从政策评价、政策影响和农户参与意愿3方面总结了生态公益林补偿政策的研究现状,最后指出了已有研究存在的不足之处及今后的研究方向。
Based on the review of the researches on Non-Commercial Forest Compensation Policy,the content of the Compensation of Forest Ecological Benefit and the theoretical basis of the establishment of the policy was summarized.Then compensation mechanism of ecological forest-related issues was expounded,which including the compensation principal,the compensation object,the compensation standard,the compensation range and the compensation methods etc.The researches of Non-Commercial Forest Compensation Policy was also summarized from three aspects of policy evaluation,policy impact and participation of famers.Finally,the inadequacies of existing researches and future research directions were pointed out.
