摘要
目的:探讨高龄患者腹部手术术后护理措施,提高高龄患者腹部手术的护理质量。方法:对2006年～2008年59例年龄超过65岁腹部手术患者的护理方法进行分析总结。结果:患者均能安全、顺利通过手术,安全度过术后危险期,术后并发症得到及时有效治疗护理。结论:开展高龄患者手术后护理应根据老年生理、病理的特点和器官功能的状态,做好术后并发症的护理,提高护理质量,促进患者早日康复。
Objective To discuss the postoperational nursing measures in elderly patients underwent abdominal surgery,in order to improve the nursing quality. Method The nursing plans of 59 patients underwent abdominal surgery who were over 65 years old from 2006 to 2008 were analyzed and summarized. Results The patients all can safely get through the operation and postoperative risk period smoothly, complication had cured. Conclusion Carrying out postoperative care in elderly patients should be based on their physiological and pathological characteristics and the status of organ function. In order to promote patients＇ recovery, we should do a good job for the nursing of postoperative complications.
