无痛胃镜术中应用异丙酚复合芬太尼和单用异丙酚麻醉临床效果观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的:观察胃镜检查术中应用异丙酚复合芬太尼和单用异丙酚静脉麻醉的效果及安全性。方法:将130例接受胃镜检查的患者随机分为Ⅰ组:异丙酚组(62例,单纯静脉异丙酚2~2.5 mg/kg麻醉),Ⅱ组:芬太尼复合异丙酚组(68例,给予芬太尼0.05 mg后行异丙酚1~2 mg/kg麻醉),记录两组术前、术中及术后5 min的心率(HR)、血压(Bp)、血氧饱和度(SpO_2)、满意度及不良反应。结果:Ⅰ组检查中血压、异丙酚用量和麻醉效果与Ⅱ组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:芬太尼复合异丙酚用于无痛胃镜检查显著优于单用异丙酚麻醉。 Objective To evaluate the anesthetic effects and safety of Propofol plus Fentanyl and Propofol alone used in painless gastroscopy. Method Total 130 patients underwent gastroscopy were divided into two groups at random. Group I (n =62) was anaesthetized by injecting Propofol only (2 -2. 5 mg/kg) ;group Ⅱ (n =68) was anaesthetized by injecting Fentanyl (0. 05 nag) closely followed by the application of Propofol ( 1 -2 mg/kg). The HR, Bp, SpO2, satisfaction degree and adverse pharmacological effects before, during and 5 rain after gastroscopy were recorded. Results It was showed that cases in group I had statistical differences in Bp,dose of Propofol and anesthet- ic effects with group Ⅱ ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Propofol plus Fentanyl has much better pharmacologieal effects compared with Propofol only applied to painless gastroscopy.
