139株鲍曼不动杆菌的临床分布及耐药性分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:了解鲍曼不动杆菌在我院各临床科室的分布情况以及耐药性,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供依据。方法:对139株鲍曼不动杆菌进行回顾性调查及耐药情况分析,比较我院两病区鲍曼不动杆菌的分布及耐药情况并分析其原因。结果:鲍曼不动杆菌的检出以东区呼吸科的痰标本居多(77株),东区科室的分离菌株数量和对13种抗菌药物的耐药率均大于西区科室,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),西区科室分离菌株对13种抗菌药物普遍敏感,敏感率≥84.6%;东区菌株呈现多重耐药,对亚胺培南耐药率最低,为23%。结论:鲍曼不动杆菌在同一地区不同区域分布和耐药率存在较大区别,临床应重视鲍曼不动杆菌引起的医院感染和广谱抗菌药物广泛应用使鲍曼不动杆菌耐药率上升的趋势。 Objective To analyze the genotypes of Acinetobacter baumanii (Ab) in our hospital and provide help for doctors to choose the proper antibiotics. Method Drug resistance and clinical distribution of 139 strains of Ab isolated collected in the two section of our hospital from Jan 2007 to Dee 2009 were studied. Compare the drug resistance and clinical distribution of Ab in the two sections and analyze the reason. Results A total of 139 strains of Ab were mainly distributed in the respiratory department (77 strains). The quantity and resistant rate of 13 anti - bacterial drugs in the east section was higher than that in the west section. Drug resistance rate of the Ab isolated in the two sections had significant difference( P 〈 0. 05 ). The Ab isolated in the west section were all sensitive to the 13 anti - bacterial. The sensitivity rate was over 84. 6% ;while the Ab isolated in the east section showed high multi - drug resistance, except imipenem with sensitivity rates of 77%. Conclusion Drug resistance and clinical distribution of Ab stains vary in different section in same area. Antimicrobial agents should pay attention to the hospital infection caused by Ab and the increase of multidrug resistance rate.
