锁定加压钢板内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折

摘要 目的:探讨锁定加压钢板内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的方法和疗效。方法:对28例股骨粗隆间骨折应用股骨近端解剖型锁定加压钢板内固定手术治疗。结果:随访6～19个月,骨折全部骨性愈合,髋关节功能恢复良好。疗效:优14例,良:12例,中:1例,差1例,优良率为92.9%。结论:股骨近端解剖型锁定加压钢板内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折是一种理想的治疗方法,具有操作方便、创伤小、血供破坏少、骨折愈合好、固定牢固等优点。
