摘要
目的:掌握濮阳县传染病发病动态,为制定防治措施和策略提供依据。方法:通过《疾病监测信息报告管理系统》收集、整理、分析资料。结果:濮阳县2009年传染病发病率335.02/10万,传染病发病前五位是手足口病、病毒性肝炎、肺结核、流行性腮腺炎、痢疾。结论:艾滋病死亡位居濮阳县传染病死因首位。今后一段时期防治工作应以控制血源与性传播疾病为重点,采取综合预防措施。
Objective This study was conducted to get an insight into the epidemic dynamics of infectious diseases,and provide a scientific basis for the formulation of strategies for the prevention and control of the infectious diseases.Methods The data were collected,coordinated and analyzed through Diseases Reporting Information System.Results The annual incidence of infectious diseases was 335.02/100,000 in 2009,and with hand-foot-mouth disease,viral hepatitis,pulmonary tuberculosis,epidemic parotitis,and dysentery being the top 5 infectious diseases in terms of incidence.Conclusion AIDS resides the first in causes of infectious disease death.The prevention and control of blood and sexes spreading disease should be the important measure in a currently period.
