摘要
目的:探讨应用CT检查诊断胸部损伤的临床价值。方法:回顾性分析50例行CT检查诊断胸部损伤的影像学资料。结果:经CT检查发现例胸部损伤患者中气胸4例,占8.00%;血胸20例,占40.00%;血气胸26例,占52.00%。其中肺挫伤25例,占50.00%;肺撕裂伤23例,占46.00%;支气管断裂2例,占4.00%。经CT诊断的50例胸部损伤患者全部经手术证实,诊断符合率为100%。结论:CT检查是诊断胸部损伤首选检查方法之一,可以弥补X线检查的不足之处,值得临床推广和应用。
Objective To evaluate the CT diagnosis of the clinical value of chest injury.Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital CT on January 50 routine chest injury diagnosed imaging data.Results The CT examination revealed cases of chest injury in 4 cases of pneumothorax,accounting for 8.00%;hemothorax in 20 cases,40.00%;hemopneumothorax 26 cases,accounting for 52.00%.Of which 24 cases of lung contusion,accounting for 48.00%;lung laceration in 23 cases,accounting for 46.00%;bronchial rupture in 2 cases,accounting for 4.00%.The CT diagnosis of 50 cases of chest injury patients were all confirmed by surgery,diagnosis was 100%.Conclusion CT diagnosis of chest injury examination is the preferred screening method,X-ray examination can make up for shortcomings,is worthy of promotion and application.
