摘要
目的：探讨分析密云县十里堡镇农村育龄妇女妇科常见病、多发病的主要病种、顺位以及相关因素。方法：对2008年1～12月份妇女病普查结果进行回顾性分析。结果：妇女常见病前3位是乳腺疾病占74．35％、慢性宫颈炎占53．78％、阴道炎占18．58％。结论：社区卫生工作者应重视健康教育工作，增强妇女自我保健意识，定期体检，降低疾病的患病率，促进妇女身体健康。
Objective： To investigate the major diseases and related factors of rural women of childbearing age with gynecological disease. Method： The survey of women patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results： Women＇s top 3 common diseases is breast diseases accounted for 74.35%, chronic cervicitis is accounted for 53.78%, the vaginitis is accounted for 18.58%. Conclusion： Community health workers should be emphasis on the health education, increase women＇s self-care, promote women＇s health.
