摘要
绝对期青光眼患者，因眼球已无医治希望，采取眼球摘除术，为患者解除疼痛和保护健眼。眼球摘除将影响患者生活和工作，造成生理残疾、面部畸形等外，患者的身心也会承受巨大的压力，无法面对现实而产生焦虑、恐惧等负面心理。针对患者存在的心理状况采取辨证施护，做好情志护理，取得了满意效果。
The eyeball of late glaucoma patients is no cure hope, to take enucleation can pain relief and protect the healthy eye. Enucleation will be affect the life and work of patients, to cause physical disability, facial deformity, the physical and mental of patients will be under enormous pressure, can not face reality and create anxiety, fear and other negative psychological.
