摘要
目的：探讨老年消化性溃疡的诊断与治疗方法。方法：对62例老年消化性溃疡经胃镜确诊患者给予中西医结合治疗。结果：总有效率为91．13％。结论：老年消化性溃疡临床症状不典型，胃镜检查时应仔细观察，积极规范治疗消化性溃疡及其并发症、合并的基础疾病。
Objective： To investigate the therapy of treating peptic ulcer. Methods： 62 cases of elderly patients with peptic ulcer confirmed by endoscopy in the integrative medicine. Results： The total effective rate was 91.13%. Conclusions： Elderly patients with the atypical clinical symptoms of peptic ulcer, endoscopy should be carefully observed and actively regulate the treatment of peptic ulcer and its complications.
