摘要
目的：观察中西医结合治疗过敏性紫癜。肾炎的临床疗效。方法：选取我院自2006年1月～2009年12月收治的106例过敏性紫癜肾炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组各53例，观察比较两组的治疗效果。结果：观察组有效率为92．4％；对照组有效率为54．7％。两组比较差异显著（P〈0．01）。结论：中西医结合法治疗过敏性紫癜性肾炎效果理想，值得临床推广使用。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating allergic purpura in the integrative medicine. Methods： To choose January 2006 to December 2009 the 106 patients with allergic purpura randomly divide into observation group and control group the 53 cases, observe and compare the effect of two groups. Results： Observation group the total efficiency rate was 92.4%; Control group efficiency was 54.7%. Compare the two groups has a significant difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Treating allergic purpura in the integrative medicine has a good effect, is worth being clinically applied.
