摘要
目的：探讨中西医结合治疗重型病毒性肝炎合并真菌感染患者的效果。方法：对15例患者进行西医治疗，对21例患者进行了临床中西医结合治疗。结果：通过对治疗前后的TBIL以及PA相比，两组内治疗前后的TBIL、PA均存在显著统计学差异（P〈0．01），且治疗后的两组组间TBIL、PA值相比具备统计学差异（P〈0．01）。结论：重型病毒性肝炎患者使用中西医结合治疗的效果明显优于单纯西医治疗。
Objective： To investigate the effect of treating severe viral hepatitis in the integrative. Methods： To 15 patients by western medicine therapy, the 21 patients in the integrative. Results： To compared the before and after treatment TBIL and the PA, within the two groups before and after treatment TBIL, PA, there were significant statistical difference （P〈0.01）, and after treatment between the two groups TBIL, PA, compared with the value of statistics school differences （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Treating severe viral hepatitis in the integrative is better than the western medicine therapy.
