摘要
目的：观察以温针灸为主治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法：试验组32例，行温针灸配合直流电离子导入治疗；对照组32例，除不行温针炙外，其他都相同。结果：试验组的有效率为96．9％，显著高于对照组的87．5％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：针灸治疗神经根型颈椎病副作用小、疗效好、费用低，值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating cervical nerve root by acupuncture. Methods： Treating 32 cases of experimental group by Wen acupunctureand plus DC ion import; Treating 32 cases of control group by DC ion import. Results： The effective rate of experimental group is 96.9%, is higher than control group （87.5%）, the difference has significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating cervical nerve root by acupuncture gets a good efficacy, low cost, is worthy of clinical application.
