摘要
针对高原中转油库收发油料频繁,以及环境因素形成大气压低,风沙大,日气温变化大等特点,提出通过采用新技术和设备、加强人员管理和对储油设施定期维护、确定最佳作业方案和油料进出库计划等途径,以减少油品在收、储、发过程中的损耗。
In the light of frequent oil loading/unloading operation in tableland tank farm,and environment factors like low atmospheric pressure, high wind, and changeful daily temperature that makes the product loss deteriorated,the paper sets forth some countermeasures against the product loss, including adopting new technology and equipment, strengthening daily management regular maintaining storage facilities, and determining the optimal operating scenario and product loading/unloading plan to reduce product loss during the oil loading,storage,and unloading for the highland tank farm.
