摘要
结合国内外原油和成品油顺序输送的基本情况,提出了顺序输送中常温输送、油品排序、混油处理、界面检测、清管等技术问题。对于油品排序除遵循一般的顺序输送排序原则外,还必须考虑原油含硫量和色度对成品油的污染问题,在混油处理方面提出了蒸馏法、氧化金属处理法、碱性处理法、过滤等方法,另外对界面检测及清管等技术做了简要介绍。
Some technological problems related to the batch transportation of crude oil and products, such as transportation at ambient temperature, products sequencing, comtaminated products reprocessing, interface detection,and pigging,are posed combining with current circumstances home and abroad. It is pointed out that besides following common principle on products sequencing for batch transportation,the contamination problem caused by the sulpher content and color of crude oil should be considered. In aspect of contamination reprocessing,some methods like distillation, metal-oxidization treatment, caustic treatment, and filtration, are set forth. Furthermore, a brief introduction to the interface detection and pigging technology is also made.
