摘要 目的探讨和评价重硅油(Densiron-68)填充治疗黄斑白色裂孔性视网膜脱离的效果和安全性。方法对8例伴后巩膜葡萄肿的高度近视眼黄斑白色裂孔性视网膜脱离进行玻璃体手术,剥除前膜,亮蓝染色后行内界膜剥离,注入重硅油,术后6~10周取出重硅油。结果 8只眼中7只眼视网膜复位,黄斑裂孔闭合,6只眼视力提高两行以上,手术后眼压升高3只眼,硅油乳化1只眼,并发白内障2只眼。结论重硅油填充治疗黄斑白色裂孔性视网膜脱离有较好的效果,也是安全的。 Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the use of Densiron -68 as intraocular endotamponade for the treatment retinal detachment due to macular white hole in high myopia. Methods Vitreoretinal surgery and intraocular endotamponade of heavy silicone oil ( Densiron - 68 ) were used in 8 patients with retinal detachment due to macular hole in high myopia. The mean duration of heavy silicone oil endotamponade was 8 weeks. Results Retinal reattched and macular holes were closed in 7 cases. BCVA was improved in 6 cases. The postoperative complication included high intraocular pressure, lens opacity and heavy silicone emulsification. No severe inflammatory reaction was found. Conclusion The heavy silicone oil (Densiron -68 ) is effective and safe to treat retinal detachment due to macular hole in high myopia.
