ETHICAL LEADERSHIP AND ITS IMPLICATIONS ON THE ORGANIZATION MANAGEMENT

摘要 领导在管理活动中起着至关重要的作用,而领导者的价值观和道德行为,深刻地影响着领导者的决策行为和组织伦理氛围的形成。因此,领导活动越来越重视对伦理的思考。本文在回顾伦理领导研究概况的基础上,简要地分析了伦理领导的内涵、结构及影响效果,探讨了伦理领导对当前组织管理的启示。 Leaders play crucial roles in the management activities,the leaders’values and ethical conduct profoundly affects the decision-making and ethics atmosphere of the organization.Therefore,the leadership pays more and more attention to the thought of ethics.Based on the overview of ethical leadership,the meaning,structure and effect of ethical leadership are analyzed,the implications of ethical leadership on the current organizational management are also discussed.
