网络教学平台是网络教学的技术基础,目前在高等教育建设中正发挥着越来越重要的作用.本文对基于Web的教学系统应具有的功能结构进行了相应分析,并对基于B/S结构的网络教学系统的实现技术进行了研究.在此基础上构建适合的网络教学视频系统.
