摘要颅内静脉窦血栓形成（cerebral venous and sinus thrombosis，CVST）发病率低，临床无特异性，易误诊，常使病情进一步加重造成严重后果。产后CVST是一种特殊类型，对妊娠期、产褥期、长期口服避孕药的育龄期女性若生产后出现不能以其它原因解释的高颅压症状即有本病可能，是妇产科和神经内科联系最为密切的一种临床急症，
