摘要
本文开发了金属成型热力耦合刚粘塑性有限元模拟系统,具有塑性变形和传热过程的耦合分析及模拟热锻变形后工件内部微观组织变化的功能。应用该系统考虑变形时的动态再结晶、静态再结晶和相变等因素的影响,分析了热锻成型工件的晶粒大小。
A coupled thermoviscoplastic finiteelement model has been developed for simulating metal flow in hot metalforming process,especially for predicting the microstructural changesThe model is then adopted to analyze the problem of hotforging process,using an arbitrarily shaped die,and the dynamic and/or static recrystallization and phase transformation,recrystallized grain size distributions during hot metalforming processes can be simulatedThe calculated distributions of the grain size over the crosssection of the samples are compared with the data from experiments,which being found to be in good agreement with the simulated results
