摘要
相比传统的轨道交通,高速轨道交通的运输组织有其自身的性质和特点。在决定和影响运行能力的诸多因素中,负责安全控制与防护的运行控制系统是与它关系最为密切的内部子系统。从运行控制系统与运输组织的关系入手,着重探讨了高速轨道交通理想运行能力的确定,分析了运行控制系统影响运行能力的因素。
Compared to the traditional railway system,the high speed transportation system has its own features and characters.In many influencing factors of operational capabily,the operation control system,which mainly responsible for safety control and safeguard,has the largest influence over system operational capability.This article starts with the relationship between operation control system and operation organization,emphasizes on confirming the ideal operational capability and the influencing factors,establishes the academic foundation to enhance the system operational capability from technical aspects.
