摘要
为缓解哈大(哈尔滨—大连)铁路客运专线施工周期短、工期要求紧的矛盾,需进行冬期施工,因此必须制定相应的冬期施工质量保证措施。从保证混凝土工程全面质量出发,对施工过程以及环境温度变化进行温度监测是非常重要的。以冬期施工钻孔灌注桩混凝土温度测试研究为背景,为了解土壤温度变化情况,利用虚拟仪器技术构建了冻土测温系统,并利用该测温系统在整个冬季对不同深度土壤温度的变化情况进行了连续观测。实践证明:该系统结构简单,测试精度高,温度测试通道可随意扩展,充分利用了虚拟仪器在数据采集、分析、存储方面的优点,具有较强的实用性。
It is necessary to solve the conflict between short construction period and strict time limit for the project of Harbin-Dalian Railway Passenger Dedicated Line.It is important to observe the temperature of the construction and environment to fulfil the concrete quality.This paper describes the temperature observation system for frozen soil,whcih is designed by virtual instrument technology to observe the soil temperature at various depth through drill-affused stake concrete temperature testing during a whole winter.The practice proves that this system has simple structure,high precision and extensible test channels,it can make the full use of the virtual instruments merit in aspects of data acquisition,analysis and storage,therefore has a stronger practicability.
