摘要
介绍了ＨＴ－１０铜带轧制油的研制和评定，结果表明：该配方主要油性添加剂为酯及醇等，经与低硫、低芳烃石蜡基基础油经最佳配伍后，全部理化指标达到技术要求。用户使用表明，该油具有优良的润滑性、冷却性、抗氧化性和安全性，完全能满足高速铜带冷轧工艺和产品质量要求，已替代进口油使用。
The development and evaluation of HT - 10 copper strip rolling oil were presented. The formulation contains major types of additives such as ester、alcohol and so on. The additives are compatible bestwith the paraffin base oils of lower sulphur and lower aromatic hydrocarbon, then the physico - chemical targetshave reached the technical requiremenls. A series of applications showed that this oil has good the properties oflubrication, cooling, anti - oxidation and safety, and it can meet completely the requirements of high - speed copper strip cold - rolled process and product quality, has replaced the imported oils.
