摘要
目的 比较采用LigaSure血管闭合系统（LigaSure TM vessel sealing system,LVSS）和钛夹法腹腔镜阑尾切除术治疗阑尾炎各自的优缺点.方法 对笔者所在医院2007年6月～2009年3月158例行腹腔镜阑尾切除术的患者病例资料进行回顾性分析,对比采用LigaSure血管闭合系统和钛夹法腹腔镜阑尾切除术的疗效、手术时间、术中出血、术后并发症、住院时间、手术费用及预后.结果 采用LigaSure血管闭合系统和钛夹法腹腔镜阑尾切除术在阑尾炎的治疗中,在手术时间、手术操作、手术费用、术后早期恢复上无明显差异.采用LigaSure血管闭合系统组没有体内金属异物残留,对患者远期的生理和心理影响明显减少.结论 采用LigaSure血管闭合系统腹腔镜阑尾切除术与钛夹法相比,手术操作和近期疗效基本相同,但远期对患者生理和心理的影响上有一定优势,值得临床推广.
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic appendectomies with LigaSure TM vessel sealing system and titanium clip. Methods A retrospective analysis was carried out in 158 appendicitis patients （2007.6- 2009.3 year） who underwent laparoscopic appendectomies with LigaSure TM vessel sealing system and titanium clip. The effect, operative time, operative spend and prognosis were respectively compared among the two methods. Results There were not significantly different in the effect, operative time, operative spend and prognosis between LigaSure TM vessel sealing system and titanium clip. However, there were not metal residue in using LigaSure TM vessel sealing system, it would reduce the influence of mental and physiology in the patients. Conclusion While the laparoscopic appendectomies with LigaSure TM vessel sealing system is as effectively as that with titanium clip in clinical, LigaSure TM vessel sealing system has the advantages in influencing of mental and physiology of the patients, which is worthy prompting in clinical practices.
