摘要
目的探讨子宫动脉栓塞术治疗育龄期妇女子宫肌瘤的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析35例行子宫动脉栓塞术治疗子宫肌瘤的育龄期妇女的临床资料,观察临床疗效、并发症、性激素的变化、栓塞后怀孕及生育情况。结果 (1)育龄期妇女子宫肌瘤栓塞治疗的疗效安全;(2)并发症少且症状轻;(3)对卵巢功能及雌激素分泌的影响小;(4)子宫肌瘤栓塞对怀孕和生殖影响小。结论子宫动脉栓塞治疗子宫肌瘤为育龄期妇女提供一个安全且有效的方法。
Objective To study the clinical value of uterine fibroids with uterine artery embolization for treatment of women of childbearing age.Methods 35 women of childbearing age with uterine fibroids in Uterine artery embolization were retrospectively analyzed.The clinical efficacy,complications,hormone changes,pregnancy and fertility after embolization were observed.Results(1) Women of childbearing age the efficacy of uterine fibroid embolization for safety;(2 ) Complications are few and mild symptoms;(3 ) Impact on ovarian function and estrogen secretion is small;(4) Uterine fibroid embolization on pregnancy and reproductive effects small.Conclusion Uterine artery embolization treatment of uterine fibroids for women of childbearing age to provide a safe and effective Method.
