摘要
目的探讨七味通痹口服液治疗类风湿性关节炎的作用机理。方法采用血清溶血素实验、碳粒廓清试验和迟发型超敏反应(DTH)实验观察七味通痹口服液对免疫系统的影响;通过纽扣肉芽肿实验观察其对炎症增殖相的影响;通过去肾上腺大鼠足趾肿胀实验观察其抗炎作用是否和垂体—肾上腺轴有关。结果血清溶血素实验结果表明七味通痹口服液可降低免疫正常小鼠的血清抗体积数,其中七味通痹口服液中、高剂量组血清抗体积数显著低于正常对照组(P<0.05和P<0.01),对免疫低下小鼠具有一定的增强免疫作用;碳粒廓清实验结果表明七味通痹口服液对非特异性免疫具有一定的增强作用;DTH实验表明七味通痹口服液在致敏后给药对DTH具有一定的抑制作用,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05和P<0.01),但是在激发后给药无抑制作用;纽扣肉芽肿实验结果表明七味通痹口服液可以抑制肉芽组织的湿质量和干质量,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05和P<0.01);去肾上腺大鼠足趾肿胀实验结果表明七味通痹口服液的抗炎作用和垂体—肾上腺轴有关,但并不完全依赖于垂体—肾上腺轴。结论七味通痹口服液对免疫系统的影响以及其对炎症增殖相的抑制作用可能是其治疗类风湿性关节炎的作用机理之一,其抗炎作用和垂体—肾上腺轴有关,但不完全依赖于垂体—肾上腺轴。
Objective To discuss the mechanism of Qiwei Tongbi oral liquid to rheumatoid arthritis（RA）.Methods Observed the influences of Qiwei Tongbi oral liquid to immune system by serum hemolysin test and delayed-type hypersensitivity（DTH） test.Observed its impact on inflammation and proliferation by button granuloma test.Observed whether its anti-inflammatory efficacy had some relationship with pituitary-adrenal axis by foot swelling test.Results The results of serum hemolysin test suggested that Qiwei Tongbi oral liquid could reduce serum antibody aggregate,and the serum antibody aggregate of the moderate and high dosage groups were significantly lower that of than the normal control group（P0.05 and P0.01）.It had a certain degree of immuno-enhancing activity for immune deficient mice. The results of carbon particle clearance test indicated that Qiwei Tongbi oral liquid could enhance nonspecific immunity to a certain degree.The results of DTH test showed that Qiwei Tongbi oral liquid administered after being sensitized had inhibition function for DTH in some extent,and compared with the model group,the differences were statistically significant（P0.05 and P0.01）;But it had no inhibition function if administered after excitation.The results of button granuloma test demonstrated that Qiwei Tongbi oral liquid could reduce the wet and dry mass of granulation tissue,and compared with the model group,the differences were statistically significant（P0.05 and P0.01）.The results of foot swelling test on adrenalectomized rat showed that Qiwei Tongbi oral liquid＇s anti-inflammatory efficacy had some relationship with pituitary-adrenal axis,but not completely depended on it.Conclusion The influence of Qiwei Tongbi oral liquid to immune system and its inhibition on inflammation and proliferation may be one of the mechanisms of treating RA,and its anti-inflammatory efficacy has some relationship with pituitary-adrenal axis,but not completely depends on it.
