摘要
旅游投诉是评价一个地区旅游服务质量高低的主要因素之一,是改善旅游服务质量的重要切入点;通过对旅游投诉的研究,能够为提高旅游服务质量提供合理的建议和切实可行的应对措施。以桂林市为例,通过分析其数量、分布领域、投诉途径以及处理结果满意度等,找出旅游服务中存在的问题,分析了问题的原因,并提出了提高旅游服务质量的对策。
Tourism complaint is a major factor of evaluating the level of tourism service of a region and an important starting point to improve the quality of tourism services.It would provide reasonable advice and practical responses by research on complaints of tourism.Take Guilin City as an a example,problems in tourism services were found out by analyzing the quantity,distribution areas of complaint channels and deal with satisfaction the results of tourism complaint,and the causes were analyzed,then measures to improve the quality of tourism services were proposed.
