摘要
在尿素生产流程中,采用KCA法,增设变换气后二次脱硫,达到自动熔硫分离和工艺指标要求,一二次脱硫可串、并联使用,彻底解决了脱硫堵塔、净化气超标、铜洗微量过高等难题。脱碳能量回收装置发挥作用,合成氨、尿素增产降耗,效果显著。
After shifted gas has been installed in the process of producing urea,KCA method is adopted in the secondary desulfuration.It can make melt sulfur sparate out automaticly.Both the primary and the secondary desulfuration can be used alone or in combination with each other.The new process has solved problems such as the used propylene carbonate blocking the tower,the purificated gas exceeding the index,the microsome of cuprammonia desalinization being excessive.On the other hand the energy recovery unit of removal of carbon gives full play.It brings high output with low consumption and good efficiency.
