摘要
针对人工影响天气作业的特点,解决了WebGIS在人工影响天气作业指挥系统应用中所涉及的实时气象数据格式转换入库、动态数据发布以及数据的气象要素风格专题显示等关键技术问题,并应用到承德市人工影响天气作业指挥系统中。
Aiming at the features of weather modification operations,the Key technical problems in the application that WebGIS was used to weather modification operations were solved,such as the real-time weather data format conversion,dynamic data distribution,meteorological data display in specific style.And it was applied to the weather modification operations system of Chengde.
