仔猪大肠埃希氏菌、C型产气荚膜梭菌的灭活及脱毒方法研究 被引量:3

摘要 [目的]研究仔猪大肠埃希氏菌病、C型产气荚膜梭菌病二联灭活疫苗的质量及产品的安全性。[方法]对大肠埃希氏菌和C型产气荚膜梭菌浓缩菌液,用不同浓度甲醛溶液经不同灭活时间、灭活温度进行了灭活和脱毒试验。[结果]大肠埃希氏菌培养物在37~38℃条件下用0.4%的甲醛溶液灭活48h,可以使细菌全部灭活;C型产气荚膜梭菌培养物在37~38℃,采用0.5%~0.8%的甲醛溶液进行灭活和脱毒7~14d,或者采用2次灭活和脱毒方法,7d可以达到完全灭活和脱毒。[结论]在37~38℃条件下,用0.4%的甲醛溶液对大肠埃希氏菌培养物灭活和采用0.5%~0.8%的甲醛溶液对C型产气荚膜梭菌进行灭活和脱毒,可以达到理想效果。 [Objective] In order to assure the quality and security of Escherichia coli and C-type clostridium wechii combined vaccine.[Method] The different inactive temperature and time were tested on Escherichia coli and Clostridium wechii in different concentration formaldehyde.[Result] Escherichia coli was killed in 0.4% formaldehyde at 37-38 ℃ for 48 h.Clostridium wechii was inactived and losing virulence in 0.5%-0.8% formaldehyde at 37-38 ℃ for 7-14 d.[Conclusion] It can get better effect to Escherichia coli in 0.4% formaldehyde at 37-38 ℃ for 48 h and 0.5%-0.8% formaldehyde at 37-38 ℃ for 7-14 d to C-type Clostridium wechii.
