摘要
根据农业气象科研、业务需求,采用Visual Basic6.0可视化开发软件和MicrosoftAccess2000数据库,建立了辽宁省农业气象短信编辑系统,指出了农业气象短信编辑基本原则和系统优化设想,并着重对农业素材库中主要农作物生长所需气象条件进行了介绍。
According to the requirement of business and research in natural reserve,an edition system of agricultural meteorology short message was established based on the Microsoft Access 2000 database and visualization developing software Visual Basic 6.0 in Liaoning Province.The basic principles of agro-meteorological text editing and system optimization ideas were pointed out.The meteorological conditions of the main crops growth needed in material library were introduced.
